Pkuck's Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

By using pkuck (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using pkuck.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between pkuck and its members. pkuck reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Members will be informed via email or notification before any changes take effect.

These Terms & Conditions may also be available in English; however, the Bengali version shall apply to members in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict, the Bengali version will take precedence.

To open an account with pkuck, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

You will need to provide the following information at the time of registration:

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Date of birth (to confirm you are 18 or older)
• Valid mobile number and email address
• Permanent address in Bangladesh

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. This may require a copy of your national ID or passport, along with a selfie. pkuck aims to complete KYC verification within 72 hours.

Only one account is permitted per person. If two members of the same household register separate accounts from the same device or IP address, pkuck reserves the right to investigate.

Pkuck is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone under 18 using pkuck is in direct violation of these terms and conditions.

The following individuals are not eligible to use pkuck:

• Any individual under the age of 18
• Residents of areas where online betting is prohibited by law
• Pkuck employees or their immediate family members
• Individuals previously banned by pkuck

By placing a bet on pkuck, you agree to the rules of the relevant event. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Core Betting Rules:

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳10 BDT, and the maximum limit varies by market.
• If an event is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, pkuck reserves the right to void that bet.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

Pkuck reserves the right to refuse any bet, particularly where suspicious activity is identified.

All deposits at pkuck must be made from an account in your own name. Using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• BKash (Personal & Merchant)
• Nagad
• Rocket (DBBL Mobile Banking)
• Bank Transfer (selected banks)

Minimum deposit is ৳100 BDT. Deposits are generally instant. Bank transfers may take 2–6 hours. No fees are charged on deposits.

If pkuck cancels or rejects a deposit, a full refund will be issued within 48 hours.

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing from pkuck. Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Key Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300 BDT
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000 BDT (higher limits available for VIP members)
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–15 minutes
• Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours
• Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal

To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements. Full bonus terms are outlined in Section 7.

In cases of suspicious activity, pkuck may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing and request additional verification.

All bonuses and promotions on pkuck are offered under specific terms. Claiming a bonus means you agree to all conditions associated with that bonus.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit only. This offer can be claimed once.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus amounts generally require 10–20x wagering before a withdrawal can be made.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus Stacking: Generally, one bonus applies per deposit, excluding cashback.
• Minimum Odds: Bets placed using a bonus must have minimum odds of 1.5.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkuck. Violations may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Placing opposing bets on the same event across two different accounts (account arbitrage)
• Using pkuck for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Attempting to hack the system or breach security measures
• Attempting to access another member's account or steal their information
• Using pkuck's brand or logo without permission

Pkuck continuously monitors for suspicious activity. If a violation is detected, pkuck may take immediate action and notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Pkuck reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Opening an account with false or inaccurate information
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submit required documents
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

Members may request account closure at any time. In such cases, the original deposited amount (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

Inactive accounts may be charged a maintenance fee of up to ৳50 per month. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be automatically closed.

Pkuck's liability is limited for any losses arising from technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.

Pkuck is not liable if:

• Your bet is lost due to a problem with your device or network
• A third-party service (such as a payment gateway) fails
• Unforeseen events (natural disasters, government directives) that disrupt our services

For any dispute, please contact pkuck's customer support first. The support team will endeavor to resolve the issue within 48 hours. If unresolved, our formal dispute resolution process will be followed.

Pkuck is deeply committed to responsible betting. Betting is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income.

Pkuck provides the following protective features for its members:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Betting Limit: Restrict yourself from placing bets above a set amount
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself for anywhere from 6 months up to permanently
• Reality Check: Receive periodic notifications showing how long you have been betting

Pkuck reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via email or app notification at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may stop using pkuck and request account closure. Continuing to use pkuck after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
